Hello, everyone!
It's been a fair amount of time since our last group blog, meaning there are quite a number of new people in our midst. 
A welcome to all of you who have joined or watched the group since then!This won't be a long blog, but it is going to tell you a bit about some blogs to come that will be a bit more interesting.
First off, we are still looking for blog writer applicants. If you're interested in helping the group out by making periodic blogs featuring pony art and highlighting the artists that make them through occasional interviews, send the group or one of its' staff a note letting them know.
Secondly, starting September 1st, we will be continuing the tradition we had last year, in hosting another September of Stallions Event.
Last year we had a favorites folder on the front page, and encouraged artists to draw stallions throughout the month of September.This year there will be more structure to the event. There will be slots given for a number of known canon stallion characters, posted on September 1st, and artists will choose which pony they would like to draw for the event. It's first come first serve, so be sure you don't miss it! All participants will be given a sum of points
for their entry, and all entries will be due September 20th, roughly three and a half weeks into the month, and a week and a half before the end of the month. All entries will be displayed into early October on the group's front page.
